The Lawrence & Hanson Group Pty Ltd is an Australian-based, foreign-owned electrical wholesaler. They employ approximately 1,100 people across 150 branches. The ultimate parent of the company is Sonepar SA, a French electrical products company. The company supplies products to electrical contractors through Electrical Wholesale Services. In addition to providing quality electrical products, they also offer other services, such as installation services and tools. If you need to buy electrical equipment, contact Lawrence & Hanson today!

Mr. Hanson is an active member of several industry organizations. He is a member of the American Bar Association's International Law Section, the American Institute of International Steel, and the Court of International Trade. He also serves on the Board of the International Compliance Professionals Association. Additionally, he serves on the board of the National Customhouse Brokers and Freight Forwarders Association and is the chair of the firm's customs and international trade section.

During the spring and summer months of 2005 we updated the Gifted Education Press Quarterly Web Site so that it cs been in constant turmoil during this period of time with the same old budget reductions and threats of impending elimination. But by some miracle and lots of persistence, educators and parents of the gifted have withstood these constant onslaughts by politicians, and state and local school boards. They have survived and continued to support the needs of gifted children.

The GEPQ articles from previous years are a rich source of information written by educational leaders such as Susan Winebrenner, Howard Gardner, Joseph Renzulli, Ellen Winner, Joan Smutny, Virgil S. Ward, John Feldhusen, Michael Walters, Jerry Flack, Linda Silverman, James Delisle, Jack Naglieri, James Webb, E. Paul Torrance and Karen Rogers. Teachers and administrators as well as parents have contributed insightful articles through the years on such topics as mentoring, cluster grouping, cooperative learning, reading programs, homeschooling, coercive egalitarianism, multiple intelligences, bibliotherapy, difcks County, Pennsylvania Intermediate Unit 22 (April 1987 Issue); (2) GIFTED AND TALENTED CHILDREN AND YOUTH EDUCATION ACT: HIGHLIGHTS OF LEGISLATION INTRODUCED IN THE 100TH CONGRESS By Mario Biaggi, M.C.
